I never leave reviews but am sitting in the car writing this after being helped at Lacey Auto Licensing. Wow. An absolute angel helped me this morning and I am so so thankful for her humanness and understanding and flexibility. Im sure these folks have hard jobs dealing with people who come in already on edge because they don’t want to be there (it’s just another thing on the to-do list). But I want to say THANK YOU to people like the woman who helped me this morning for showing grace and working with me to get something done that I really needed, for going above and beyond, because little do y’all know you have the position and power to literally make someone’s entire day/week and turn a stressful situation around with the click of a button or an extra 5 minutes to work around a beauracratic obstacle. And when you make someone’s day and situation lighter (and mine has been so heavy and stressful), you are literally changing the world. Thank you again. I really dislike dealing with government fees and hurdles like licensing vehicles.  I don't mind paying my share, I just struggle with the hassles and hurdles.  Lacey Auto Licensing is the most helpful place for this kind of thing I have come across in 30 years of owning vehicles in 4 states.  I'm very thankful WA allows private businesses to do auto licensing and thankful for people like the ones here that actually try to help you get what you need rather than just telling you all the reasons you can't get there.
